PHYSICALS, GET YOUR PHYSICALS. It is required by NDHSAA rules that any students participating in Football, Golf, Cross Country, Volleyball, Basketball, Hockey, Wrestling, Cheerleading, Track, Baseball, Softball or any other sports must get a sports physical each school year. If you have a child entering grades 5 to 12 and they plan to play any of the sports above, please schedule their physicals now. It gets tough to get in as the fall sports seasons are starting so get ahead of the curve. Without a physical, kids can't participate in practice and if they don't practice they won't be able to play in games. SCHEDULE EARLY! Go Spoilers!!!

We have already seen great success for track and field as their season comes to a close. Yesterday at the state meet, Spoiler Senior Jordan Sunstrom placed 6th in shot put. Last week, Spoiler Senior Jack Kern was selected as the boys Senior Athlete of the Year for our region, while the girl's varsity team took 1st place. Way to go ladies! Also, girls head coach Krysten Stutlien was chosen as Region Girls Track Coach of the Year! The State meet will pick back up again at 1:00 today and finish tomorrow. The Spoiler Softball team finished 1st in the North Division of Region 2. Unfortunately, the Spoilers were upset in the opening round of the Region tournament by the Carrington Cardinals to bring their season to a close. Special congratulations to Spoiler Seniors Siri Olson and Nicole Johnson for earning All-Region honors. Also, a big thank you to all the people who helped work at the Region tournament held here in Grafton this past Monday and Tuesday! Spoiler Boys Golf is nearing the end of their season. They have a state qualifying meet on Saturday in Lakota and then head to the Regional Meet on Tuesday in Devils Lake.
