Congrats to our girl state wrestling qualifiers Alyssa Hoyles at 130lbs finishing 5th place and Violet Hoyles finishing 4th place at 124lbs. They will compete next week starting Thursday at the Fargodome. Congratulations to Emma Johner and Madi Jerome finishing just one win shy of state and on great seasons. Proud of all. Boys regional individuals in Grafton tomorrow starting at 10am!

Tomorrow's Girls Basketball games at Four Winds Minnewauken have been adjusted to just a varsity game. There will be no jv game. Varsity will play at 5:00 in Four Winds.

Postseason play is upon us for the winter sports seasons. Both our wrestling and hockey teams begin postseason play this weekend. We will be hosting the Class B East Region Boys Individual Wrestling Tournament on Saturday, February 15th. Wrestling starts at 10:00 am so come on out to the gym and check out some of the best wrestlers in the state. Girls Individuals are in Central Cass on Friday, February 14th beginning at 11:00 am. Our hockey team also will be playing this Saturday in an East Region Play In Game at 1:00 in the Fargo Metro area (either against Fargo South or West Fargo Sheyenne based on tonight's matchups). All these events are sponsored by the North Dakota High School Activities Association so ticket prices will be different and regular season passes will not be allowed. Digital tickets are $10 (a few places may be $11) for adults, $5 for students. Cash prices at the doors are $15 and $5. GIGANTIC SPOILER SHOUTOUT Spoiler Seniors Aubrey Tompkins and Hannah Miller have been named to the North Dakota Academic All State Teams. This award is given out annually by the North Dakota Association of Secondary School Principals, with selection based on GPA, ACT scores, extra curricular activities, community involvement, and leadership qualities. Aubrey was named to the Gold team and Hannah to the Bronze team, putting both in the top 15 in Class A basketball schools. Aubrey is the daughter of Megan and Trevor Tompkins. Hannah is the daughter of Sara and David Miller. Congrats to both young ladies on this outstanding recognition. #SpoilerPride

Travel adjustments. Due to no travel in the Roseau and Four Winds areas, basketball games today, February 6th in Grafton have been postponed. The Junior high games vs Roseau will not be made up. JV/Varsity Boys Basketball vs Four Winds will now be played Monday, February 17th at 4:30/6:00. C Squad girls basketball and Hockey will still play their respective games at Minto and Fargo Davies.

41! It was a great night for Spoiler Junior Brody Lillemoen who scored 41 points in the Spoilers Boys Basketball victory over East Grand Forks tonight. That ties the second highest we are finding in school history. (Lance Anderson had 42 in the 1980's and Anthony Kliniske had 41 in 2008) Congrats Brody! The girls were at Central Cass for Belle of the Brawl wrestling tournament, Alyssa Hoyles wrapped up the regular season taking 4th place at 130lbs, Emma Johner finished 2-2 at 142lbs, Madi Jerome was Runner-Up at 124JV, and Violet Hoyles finished 1-2 at 124lbs. Girls are off this coming weekend, and wrestle at region individuals on Feb 14th next, while boys were off this last weekend and wrestle next at regional duals Feb 8 in Carrington.

Big weekend for the girls wrestling team this weekend at the Rugby tournament. Alyssa Hoyles finished in 1st place in 130lb weight class, Violet Hoyles finished 6th in 124lb weight class, Madi Jerome finished 1-2 on the day jn 124lb weight class and Emma Johner finished 6th in 142lb weight class. Great day and great team effort all around. Shoutout to the boys for their performance in Lisbon with Shaiden Thomas finishing 7th at 145lb weight class.
