It is with profound sadness that I share the news of the passing of our Athletic Director, Assistant High School Principal and friend, Jon Koehmstedt.
Jon was a devoted father and dedicated member of our Spoiler Community. His quick wit, big heart, love for his children, and commitment to students and staff was evident to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.
I know this news is difficult to process. Our school team is grieving alongside many of you, and we recognize how deeply this loss will be felt throughout our school and community. While we navigate this difficult time together, we are committed to supporting your learners in every way we can. Please reach out to your student’s principal if you believe your child may need additional support in the coming days.
The thoughts of the District and Spoiler Family are with all of Jon’s family and friends during this difficult time.
