The purpose of online registration is to allow parents to avoid the long wait times during registration and register their students in the comfort of their own home.  
GPSD #3 has signed a contract with Ecollect to host and provide the online registration service.

Grafton Public School online registration for 2018-2019 will open Monday July 23rd.


For returning students simply log into your Parent PowerSchool account and fill out the Ecollect Forms located at the left side of the screen for EACH of your kids. If you have forgotten your user name or password you may call your child’s respective school for assistance. Using Chrome or Firefox browsers are encouraged. Student Fees can be paid by following the PaySchools link on the website. There is also a PDF explaining the Ecollect Forms and how to complete them on our website under the registration tab.


Parents and Guardians needing an interpreter, assistance, or without computer access may attend one of the Registration Help Days in the Elementary Commons (Door 8) on August 6thand 7th from 9:30 am– 6:30 pm and the 8th from 7:30 am-1 pm. ESP, Free and Reduced Meal and Medication Authorization forms will be available for completion. Student fees can be paid with credit card, cash or check on Registration Help Day as well. Any past due Lunch, Preschool and ESP fees MUST be paid. Online registration will not be available to those students/families with outstanding fees due.


Students new to the district should attend one of the Registration Help Days referenced above or call the school to make an appointment to register. Required student information needed for new enrollments are immunizations records, birth certificate, social security card, records from the previous school attended if available, and a signed Release of Records Form.


An Open House is scheduled for Monday, August 20th from 3:45 – 7:30 PM. Registration will NOT take place on this day. Students and parents will have the opportunity to meet teachers, drop off supplies to classrooms and lockers. Purchased activity passes can be picked up in the office this day or the first day of school.


Junior and High School Chromebooks will be distributed to students on the first day of school. High School Students requesting a schedule change will be attended to on the first day of school.


Students needing prescribed and over the counter medications administered to them are required to update the Medication Authorization Form yearly and supply the office with the medications.
